Suzanne Cox White, Owner and Realtor at Woodland Realty. Suzanne was born and raised in Little River, Alabama. She graduated from Monroe Academy in 2003 and received an Associate's degree in General Science. In 2006, she attended the Alabama School of Real Estate in Montgomery where she received her real estate license . She worked as an a realtor and property manager at Isbell Realty & Property Management, and later Capstone Realty & Property Management where she also focused on property management and sales. After moving back to her hometown in 2008, she became a part of the Woodland Realty team. Suzanne and husband Bruce, have three sons, Bryars (14), Lane (11), and Shep (3). Their family are active members at Excel Baptist Church. Suzanne and her family feel blessed to have become the new owners of Woodland Realty in January 2024. Their goal for Woodland Realty is to be exactly what it always has been, a dedicated group of agents willing to help in any of your real estate needs. Amelia Andress Stacey, Qualifying Broker and Realtor at Woodland Realty’s Monroeville Office, is a native and life-long resident of Monroe County. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Judson College and was licensed in real estate in 1977. After a teaching career, Amelia returned to real estate as her profession. She has years of experience in helping buyers and sellers in the residential, rural residential with acreage, land, commercial-industrial, and real estate investment markets. Amelia is also available for relocation services, and she offers free broker’s price opinions. She and her husband Tommy have one son, Michael. Amelia loves spending time with her family, and she adores her twin grandchildren, William Andress and Elizabeth Ellen. Her interests include boating, fishing, reading, genealogy, and the beach.

Pete Coats, Realtor and Registered Forester at Woodland Realty’s Monroeville office, graduated from Auburn University in Forest Management in 1974 and was licensed in real estate in 1975. Pete has worked over most of Alabama and part of eastern Mississippi during his career and has lived in Monroeville for over 39 years. He has over 47 years of experience dealing with land and timber. Pete specializes in the sale of timberland, recreational properties, and farms all over Alabama. He also has many years of experience in the sale of residential and commercial properties. Pete has worked with many buyers and sellers in helping them sell or buy properties to complete 1031 like kind exchanges.

Jamie Johnson Dykes was raised in Monroeville, Alabama. She attended Monroe County High and graduated from Monroe Academy in 2002. She then earned her Bachelor of science degree from Troy University. She is married to Josh Dykes, buying point Manager of Birdsong Peanuts of McCullough, AL. They have two children Stone (6) and Alex (5). Her family has lived in many different areas making her confident to help you find any type of property in Alabama. Now residing in Monroeville, Jamie loves spending time with her family and devoting her time to her local church and community. Mollie Casey Strickland, Real Estate Agent with Woodland’s Realty Monroeville office, is a native of Monroe County. Mollie graduated from Excel then earned a bachelor’s degree from AUM. She is married to Matt Strickland, retired Army helicopter pilot, who retired from the military in 2022. She and Matt have two children, Zoey (11) and Will (8). They have lived in Wetumpka, Evergreen, and Excel. Her roots in Monroe and Conecuh counties have given her a love for and familiarity with this region. Mollie is enthusiastic, driven, and project oriented. Her passion for matching people with the things they need and love makes real estate a natural choice. Mollie is an active member of Excel Baptist Church where she helps her husband with his young adult Sunday school class, enjoys attending small group and helping with missions projects.

Laura Bodiford brings a diversity of experience to her position as Realtor at Woodland Realty's Monroeville office. As a high-tech writer in Silicon Valley, she built a successful career through hard work, dedication and a attention to detail. After taking time out to raiser her children, she turned those skills towards teaching elementary school. Now as a Realtor, she wants to use her energy and enthusiasm to help people meet their real estate goals. Laura's roots run deep in Conecuh and Monroe counties. She has many treasured memories of summers at her granparents' home in Repton. She credits her grandmother Lillie Belle Kelly with helping to instill a strong work eithic and a commitment to dooing a job with integrity and honesty. Laura loves spending time with her husband William and their family on their property in Conecuh County. She also enjoys gardening, traveling and kayaking on beautiful Perdido Bay.
