Terry Chapman, Owner, Broker, and Realtor of Woodland Realty and Owner of Conecuh Timber, Inc. in Beatrice Alabama, has been in the land and timber business for over 30 years. After leaving International Paper Co. as a forest technician in 1978, Terry formed Conecuh Timer in 1979. Terry has extensive knowledge concerning land and timber sales, investment and management and has represented and formed several investment groups in purchases of land in Alabama and Georgia. Terry and his wife Celie have two children, Richard and Anna Catherine, and they enjoy spending their time in Monroeville and on their farm in Beatrice.

Amelia Andress Stacey, Qualifying Broker and Realtor at Woodland Realty’s Monroeville Office, is a native and life-long resident of Monroe County. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Judson College and was licensed in real estate in 1977. After a teaching career, Amelia returned to real estate as her profession. She has years of experience in helping buyers and sellers in the residential, rural residential with acreage, land, commercial-industrial, and real estate investment markets. Amelia is also available for relocation services, and she offers free broker’s price opinions. She and her husband Tommy have one son, Michael. Amelia loves spending time with her family, and she adores her twin grandchildren, William Andress and Elizabeth Ellen. Her interests include boating, fishing, reading, genealogy, and the beach.

Pete Coats, Realtor and Registered Forester at Woodland Realty’s Monroeville office, graduated from Auburn University in Forest Management in 1974 and was licensed in real estate in 1975. Pete has worked over most of Alabama and part of eastern Mississippi during his career and has lived in Monroeville for over 39 years. He has over 47 years of experience dealing with land and timber. Pete specializes in the sale of timberland, recreational properties, and farms all over Alabama. He also has many years of experience in the sale of residential and commercial properties. Pete has worked with many buyers and sellers in helping them sell or buy properties to complete 1031 like kind exchanges.

DICKEY ANDRESS

Dickey Andress, Associate Broker and Realtor at Woodland Realty’s Monroeville office, grew up in a rural setting on his family’s cattle operation in Peterman, AL. His family has been in the Peterman area for generations, and he was brought up understanding the importance of proper stewardship of property. He attended Troy University where he received his BS and MBA and then worked for Vanity Fair for 26 years in various managerial capacities, including involvement in their facility and real estate management. Dickey’s expertise includes recreational/ timberland, residential and industrial property sales. Dickey enjoys dove, turkey, and deer hunting and spending time with his family on their property near Peterman, AL.

Suzanne Cox White, Realtor at Woodland Realty's Monroeville office, was born and raised in Little River, Alabama.  She graduated from Monroe Academy in 2003.  Suzanne then attended Alabama courses in Montgomery at the Alabama School of Real Estate.  She worked in Millbrook at Isbell Realty and Property Management and later Capstone Realty and Property Management where she focused on property management and sales.  Suzanne married Bruce White in September of 2006.  They have moved to Excel and are expecting their first child, Bryars Allen White, in December.  Suzanne and her family are happy to be back home with family and friends.

Laura Bodiford brings a diversity of experience to her position as Realtor at Woodland Realty's Monroeville office.  As a high-tech writer in Silicon Valley, she built a successful career through hard work, dedication and a attention to detail.  After taking time out to raiser her children, she turned those skills towards teaching elementary school.  Now as a Realtor, she wants to use her energy and enthusiasm to help people meet their real estate goals.  Laura's roots run deep in Conecuh and Monroe counties.  She has many treasured memories of summers at her granparents' home in Repton.  She credits her grandmother Lillie Belle Kelly with helping to instill a strong work eithic and a commitment to dooing a job with integrity and honesty.  Laura loves spending time with her husband William and their family on their property in Conecuh County.  She also enjoys gardening, traveling and kayaking on beautiful Perdido Bay.
